Quality processes are designed to add value to internal and external customers and continuous improvement opportunities. Processes are completely aligned with our customer requirements and are continuously improved as the process evolves.
Quality Departments delivers a comprehensive range of services including inspection, testing, auditing, certification, training, PQP, generating method statements, ITP’s, customer complaints, NCR's corrective and preventive actions and related technical assistance and also provides advisory services in Closing out of projects, snagging, desnagging and handing over. It supports the organization in protecting their assets and business and plays a key role in Failure Mode Effects Analysis, risk management and performance improvement.
QA/QC Department has established Three Pronged Approach to exceed the customer expectations & ensure quality through out the life span of the organization and its projects by providing a high quality product in the shortest duration and with optimum investment
