Specialist Construction & Design Development Department

Working closely with our Design Department, Our Specialist Construction & Design Development Department teams carry out planning, allocation of resources and monitoring the progress of the design from conception through to completion.  

The Specialist Construction & Design Development Department:

• Conduct design and site coordination meetings.

• Establish and monitoring of the design plan.

• Review and control of design input and output.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers as well as the local authorities.

• Spearhead design validation and verification.

By organizing and implementing the above items and arranging drawings and specifications for subcontractors to ensure effective coordination between all trades as well as coordinating our Inter-department communication between departments such as the MEP, specialist construction, and our other group companies, it ensures that our projects run smoothly and on time.
