MEP DEPARTMENT is a collaboration of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Contracting Departments that provides full service and products for all building types.

Electrical Department
Established in 1987, its workforce has grown to more than 300 people to date. Handling all company's numerous projects, its responsibilities includes on-site coordination, electrical working drawings, and documentation accompanying every phase of the project. |
HVAC Department
Established in 1996, under the supervision of the A/C manager, it co- ordinates with civil works authorities and various service departments representatives working hand in hand to ensure seamless execution of work withallied services- electrical and plumbing. |
Plumbing Department
Set up only in 1985,just a year after the establishment of HCC, the plumbing department has handled over 250 projects to date. The department is in charge of overall site coordination, workshop drawings, tests, and the monitoring of all related plumbing works. |
MEP Estimation Department
The MEP Estimation department deals primarily with contract tenders and the preparation of job costing to obtain the optimum costs as per the specification of each project. |
