Designing of all kind of structural element, for all building types based on international standards (BS-code, ACI- code, and AH- code) using the latest design software (ETAB, ADAPT, RAPT, etc)
Post Tensioning Capabilities
Design and construction of buildings, bridges, and post tensioned silos as well as procurement, installation, stressing and grouting of cables comprising high tensile steel strands or bars together with anchorages, ducting plus stressing and grouting requirements.
Slip-forming
Provision and operation of steel form works for lift and stair shafts, silos and other concrete walls either continuously moving upwards on a twenty-four hour basis or for one floor at a time.
Coupling of reinforcement bars
Done on or off site, reinforcement bar joining is done by threaded couplers to achieve necessary tensile capabilities or permit joining of structural members such as beams and slabs cast earlier to those cast later.
Concrete Repair
Injection of Epoxy for bonding both sides together in case of cracks or Polyurethane for leakage prevention as well as building up of damaged or spalled concrete surfaces by Epoxy bonding or Gunite Concrete.
