Mission Statement
Concrete Tech is dedicated to the growth of the pre-cast concrete industry in
the UAE. As an industry representative, it educates specifiers and end-users
about its advantages as well as the proper utilization of its products and
systems.

Set up in 1996 at Jebel Ali Industrial Area-Dubai, its total factory area
boasts of 358,000.00 square feet out of which 160,000.00 square feet is a
covered production facility.
Our branch at Ras Al Kaimah has a total area of 2,860,000 square feet of which
432,000 square feet is a covered production facility.
Currently a member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI),
Pre-cast/Pre-stressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and the Dubai Quality Group
(DQG), Concrete Tech has earned its leadership in the Pre-cast industry through
product superiority and technical expertise. We are dedicated in providing
superior quality products that achieve total client satisfaction by maintaining
high standards at reasonable value.
Our staff, composed of registered Civil Engineers, prides itself for its
Design, Engineering, Production and Erection capabilities; handling each
structure with professional efficiency.
Today, Concrete Tech can offer a full range of products, which include wall
panels, floor slabs, beams and columns as well as pre-stress members. We now
supply all sectors of the construction, commercial and civil industries.
Speed of Construction:
In the building industry, speed is critical. The use of pre-cast concrete not
only hastens the erection process but also shortens the overall construction
program.
Quality Control:
An increasing requirement in all construction, the production of components
off- site; within the confines of a factory, allows for strict control and
monitoring of each facet involved in the manufacturing process. This eliminates
probable variations thereby guaranteeing the maintenance of quality and over
all uniformity.
Durability:
Pre-cast/ pre- stressed concrete provides reliable long-term performance in
extremely harsh condition far more superior than other materials in the market
today. A carefully controlled condition under which the concrete is cast
ensures uniform density and smooth concrete surfaced components that are resistant to
moisture penetration, fungus and corrosion. High density concrete has
reduced size and quantity of surface voids. This, along with related
variables has proven effect in our products capability to resist deterioration
due to weather extremes, salt induced corrosion, chemical attack, fire,
accidental damage and even determined vandalism efforts.
Flexibility
Reuse of forms permits the pre-cast manufacturer to take maximum advantage of
the inherent plasticity of concrete thereby allowing the creation of shapes and
sizes that would otherwise be prohibitively expensive using other materials.
Standard shapes such as hollow core planks, double tees, etc. can be
mass-produced at a lower per-unit cost. Where custom engineering is required,
careful analysis and design assures maximum economy through repetition of
components.
Variety of Appearance and Finishes
Factory produced pre-cast components can be manufactured in a wide range of
finishes including colors, surface treatment; even with molded surfaces thereby
allowing designers considerable flexibility in the over all aesthetic impact of
the structure compared with conventional methods.
