Since its establishment in 2004, Al Hamad Construction & Development Company has become a multinational building contractor specialized in Design, Execution and Maintenance of Structural, Special Construction, Steel Rebar Processing, Finishing, Electro Mechanical, Interior Decoration, External and other related works for both Conventional and Turnkey projects in the United Arab Emirates and Oversea Branches. Our Specialist Construction Department comprises of Structural Design Division, Post Tension Division and Slip Form Division for all types of conventional and turnkey projects. Our Structural Design Division specializes in the design all kinds of structural elements for all building types based on International Standards such as BD-code, ACI-code and AH-code. Our Post Tension Division specializes in the design and construction of buildings, bridges and post tensioned silos as well as procurement, installation, stressing and grouting of cables comprising high tensile steel strands or bars together with anchorages, ducting plus stressing and grouting requirements. Our Slip- Form Division specializes in the provision and operation of steel form works for lift and stair shafts, silos and other concrete wall either by continuously vertical movement on a twenty-four hour basis or a floor at a time.
Our Estimation & Contracts Department comprise of certified teams of quantity surveyors from various fields of specialties carrying out efficient estimation and accurate calculation of necessary quantities enabling faster and easier work involving tender drawings resulting in competitive tenders and greater number of tender approvals using our own in-house software. Their knowledge serves our client’s to discuss and gain an outlook of cost effective methods on budget costs. Our Cost Control Department specializes in monitoring and controlling project’s budget, expenditure and project stage. Our specialists utilize innovative softwares for forecasting, cost reporting, tracking and controlling items such as Material Requisitions & Sub-Contractors Payments Certificates. All Client payments are controlled, monitored and updated for the entire project at submission date, approval date and due date of each payment as per the contractual terms.
Our Quality Department’s commitment initiates at the very top and cascades through the entire line management. Our Procurement Department maintains relations with suppliers for the processing of orders and invoices. The team liaisons with budget holders and suppliers and monitors the compliance with financial regulations and purchasing process.
Our HSE Department manages and administers all Health, Safety and Environment activities at project sites and facilities. We aim to provide our stakeholders with confidence that our activities are managed sustainably, effectively, and efficiently, in order to achieve this, we have adopted an integrated management system policy Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) as a business imperative for sustainable business performance and improvement.
