Since its establishment in 1985, Al Hamad Building Contracting Company has become a multinational building contractor specialized in Design, Execution and Maintenance of Structural, Special Construction, Steel Rebar Processing, Finishing, Electro Mechanical, Interior Decoration, External and other related works for both Conventional and Turnkey projects in the United Arab Emirates and Oversea Branches. We are capable of carrying out Design, Execution and Maintenance of all building components for conventional and turnkey projects. We pride ourselves in adapting Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach as well as client-focused delivery methods whether it’s a Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Industrial or Infrastructure project.

Our in-house MEP Department is an integration of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Departments that provide comprehensive services commencing from Design, Installation to Commissioning. Pioneering in a league of its own, the department provides cost-effective and innovative solutions and products for projects such as Hospitals, Newsrooms, Commercial & Residential buildings, Auditoriums, Schools, Industrial projects, Hotels & Leisure Amenities and other related. DESIGN DIVISION
Our in-house Design Department provides integrated project delivery solutions combining Architecture Division, Interior Design Division and Urban Design Division to provide a one stop solution attaining to our client needs at every stage of the project brief. Our design philosophy is pursued passionately presenting our clients with inspiring, cost-effective and sustainable design solutions that withstand the flow of time.
Our Specialists are capable of handling a wide range of client requirements from concept through to completion adapting to every need in the execution of Commercial, Residential, Retail, Industrial, Hospitality and Leisure projects. SPECIALIST CONSTRUCTION
Our Specialist Construction Department comprises of Structural Design Division, Post Tension Division and Slip Form Division for all types of conventional and turnkey projects. Our Structural Design Division specializes in the design all kinds of structural elements for all building types based on International Standards such as BD-code, ACI-code and AH-code. Our Post Tension Division specializes in the design and construction of buildings, bridges and post tensioned silos as well as procurement, installation, stressing and grouting of cables comprising high tensile steel strands or bars together with anchorages, ducting plus stressing and grouting requirements. Our Slip- Form Division specializes in the provision and operation of steel form works for lift and stair shafts, silos and other concrete wall either by continuously vertical movement on a twenty-four hour basis or a floor at a time.

ESTIMATION & CONTRACTS
Our Estimation & Contracts Department comprise of certified teams of quantity surveyors from various fields of specialties carrying out efficient estimation and accurate calculation of necessary quantities enabling faster and easier work involving tender drawings resulting in competitive tenders and greater number of tender approvals using our own in-house software. Their knowledge serves our client’s to discuss and gain an outlook of cost effective methods on budget costs. Our contract experts produce, negotiate and execute project specific contracts to suite our client’s needs no matter how large or small the project may be offering project delivery options such as:

COST CONTROL
Our Cost Control Department specializes in monitoring and controlling project’s budget, expenditure and project stage. Our specialists utilize innovative softwares for forecasting, cost reporting, tracking and controlling items such as Material Requisitions & Sub-Contractors Payments Certificates. All Client payments are controlled, monitored and updated for the entire project at submission date, approval date and due date of each payment as per the contractual terms.

QA/QC
Our Quality Department’s commitment initiates at the very top and cascades through the entire line management. Quality processes are designed to add value to internal and external stakeholders and continuous improvement opportunities. Processes are completely aligned with our customer requirements and are continuously improved as the process evolves. Quality Departments delivers a comprehensive range of services including inspection, testing, auditing, certification, training, PQP, generating method statements, ITP’s, customer complaints, NCR’s corrective and preventive actions and related technical assistance and also provides advisory services in closing out of projects, snagging, de-snagging and handing over. It supports the organization in protecting their assets and plays a key role in FMEA, Risk Management and Performance improvement. QA/QC Department has established a three pronged approach to exceed the customer expectations & ensure quality throughout the life span of the organization and its projects by providing a high quality product in the shortest duration and with optimum investment:
